The co-founder of Kony 2012 and the Invisible children, was detained by police after masturbating in public and vandalising cars both in his birthday suit.
This news is very shocking considering Kony 2012 was so believable! As it raised great points, it's not like Kony had left Uganda years before, and was already being tracked down by 100's of soldiers ?. It's not like he was profiting greatly from getting people to donate to his "charity" and it's not like he had an army of impressionable children who were his soldiers in a meaning of the word is it?
Jason Russell gave CNN the following statement "I did what I did for the kids.I have no regret with what I did!".
But Russell's action's should leave us asking when does he think of the children? I hope not when he was doing the deed in public!
